Member Spotlight – Solvera Health

At Solvera Health, our goal is to solve our patient’s healthcare challenges. It’s at the core of what we do – our name, Solvera, is taken from the Latin word “solvere,” meaning solution.

Based in Illinois with clinics in Peoria, Carbondale, and Galesburg, Solvera Health is a comprehensive primary care clinic built around the mantra of “bringing hospitality to healthcare”. We believe healthcare is personal and local, so we’re focused on being active in the community and in making healthcare as easy and convenient as possible.

Our personal care team of physicians, nurses, assistants, and care coaches take the time to get to know each patient and work to quarterback their overall healthcare needs. We also partner in the local healthcare ecosystem to facilitate referrals, hospitalization, and other patient health needs.

Solvera Health supports seniors, families, and individuals, but our model is ideally suited for Seniors.

We understand Medicare can be hard to navigate for Seniors and their families. Getting appointments, coordinating specialty doctors, managing preventative health, or understanding insurance options can be a challenge. Our goal is to make navigating Medicare easier for Seniors and the family members that support them.

As an example, our Peoria location includes family physicians, physical therapy, audiology, imaging, lab, and diagnostics services. It also includes a dedicated pharmacist, a full-service pharmacy, certified insurance consultants, and specialty doctors for urology & gynecology.

Solvera is drawn to the important work that C-TAC and its members bring to the healthcare industry. As our organization serves aging and vulnerable populations in need of specialized and costly services, becoming a member of C-TAC is paramount to invoke change in Illinois.

We appreciate the opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking coalition allowing us to get in front of key decision-makers around healthcare as well as influence plans and payers to shift to a proactive approach to healthcare.
