Closing the Year by Championing Patients and Caregivers

CTAC + Dec 28, 2022

At the time of year when we tend to count our blessings, I write to ask you to consider supporting those who are struggling to do the same and make a donation to C-TAC’s Blue Chair Fund.

Right now, there are millions of Americans suffering with serious illnesses who are trying to navigate through a maze of healthcare. Their family members and caregivers are fighting for them. And C-TAC is fighting for them, fighting to improve government policies, to create community programs, and to connect all of us in health care to transform our system.

As a coalition, C-TAC has banded together as the innovators and changemakers of a wave that is bigger than any one organization. We are the social change movement that is creating a new landscape for future generations.

For C-TAC Board member David Jones, he says in this latest blog, “I’ve had the privilege of joining this effort in Louisville, Kentucky, where I live. C-TAC’s local work will test care models that connect patients in our poorest neighborhoods to advanced care resources and support trusted caregivers – ministers and fellow church members – in their essential human service.”

When you contribute to the Blue Chair Fund, C-TAC continues to champion the patients and caregivers who need to be heard and understood.  The Blue Chair Fund will play a key role in uniting our communities, working with our faith leaders, and connecting patients and caregivers to greatly needed resources.

Thank you for all you do – all year long – to help us improve access to better care. I encourage you to continue in the spirit of the season and make a donation to our Blue Chair Fund. I truly appreciate your consideration.
