Torrie Fields is the Founder and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Votive Health, a company expanding access to care for people with serious illnesses by facilitating value-based arrangements between payers and preferred providers. Prior to Votive Health, Fields oversaw serious illness strategy and value-based care at Blue Shield of California and Cambia Health Solutions. Fields’ experience has encompassed work as an economist and population health researcher in a variety of settings, including health plans, health delivery systems, and local and federal health departments. She has deep expertise in policy development and implementation, translating evidence-based research into legislative concepts and regulatory change. Torrie holds a Master of Public Health from Oregon Health & Science University.
