Sandra Clark is the Director of Population Health at TFA Analytics, supporting the company’s mission to ensure access to care for people living with complex and serious illness. As a graduate of the Oregon Health Authority’s DELTA (Developing Equity Leadership through Training & Action) Program, she consistently centers health equity as a design focus in all of TFA’s initiatives with payers, providers, policymakers, people with serious illness, and their caregivers. She was previously the VP of Government Markets at Solera Health and Director of Population Health & Care Management at FamilyCare Health. Sandra received her MPH from Oregon State University and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Population Health Science at Thomas Jefferson University.
