Cassandra D. Harris Gray is a dynamic gifted speaker, author, teacher, columnist, lecturer counselor, corporate trainer and workshop conference leader for businesses, corporations, schools, churches, conferences, workshops and empowerment groups. It is her passion to see others living their best selves with her motto “transforming broken lives into creative spirits.” She is a skilled counselor with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kentucky State University and Master’s of Science in Counseling -Marriage and Family Therapy from Campbellsville University. She has 28 years of experience in behavioral and mental health services. Ms Harris-Gray is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor(LCADC) and Certified Autonomous Domestic Violence Counselor. She is the founder and co-owner of Creative Spirits and serves as the CEO and Clinical Director providing mental health outpatient services in her agency Creative Spirits Behavioral and Addiction Heath Center. She has also served as support therapist for the 2014 Pastors and Leadership Conference for Bishop TD Jakes and currently serves as a business and mental health coach and therapist for RTBI AMPED in Louisville, KY.

Ms Harris-Gray has authored and published her first book “90 Days of Power”. She currently serves as marriage conference leaders and women’s empowerment coach is also a women’s for Power to Exhale, a Women’s Empowerment Group with over 100,000 women nationally and internationally. She has traveled the country and abroad sharing her message of helping individuals to tap into their most creative self and purpose. She has developed and host her own Web-show “In the Multitude of Counsel” that helps demystify the stigma of mental health and substance abuse.

Ms Harris- Gray was ordained for Pastoral Ministry May 2012 and served as past Co-Pastor of New Mt Zion Baptist Church of Shelbyville, Ky for 35 years. She served along side her husband Dr. Kilen K. Gray at First Baptist Church of Jeffersontown, KY from 2021-2023. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc.
