Bonny Morris, PhD, MSPH, RN, is a behavioral scientist with a clinical background as an oncology nurse and oncology nurse navigator.

As interim Senior Vice President of Cancer Treatment Support at the American Cancer Society, Dr. Morris provides strategic direction and subject matter expertise across programs and initiatives that improve cancer care delivery and support to patients and caregivers both nationally and globally. She has extensive experience in program development and research, leveraging multi-level strategies to integrate digital health and patient navigation to optimize cancer care delivery.

Dr. Morris’ teams lead large-scale, innovative initiatives that support patients, caregivers, and the cancer care workforce. These include personalized patient-facing programs such as ACS CARES^® and ACS ACTS; workforce development and implementation support programs, including ACS LION™, BEACON, SPARK, and Global Academy; and international convening through the Global Alliance for Patient Navigation. Together, these efforts advance patient navigation, strengthen cancer care delivery, and expand access to education and support for healthcare professionals around the world.
