Faith leaders have long been trusted voices in their communities, connecting with their congregants and providing support during difficult times. It is for this reason that faith leaders are uniquely qualified to share information and resources designed to help those caring for loved ones with advanced illness.
With support from the Cigna Foundation, C-TAC has worked with two faith leaders on pilot projects to deliver practical advice and guidance to family caregivers.
