Lea Tessitore is the Director of Strategy and Partnerships at TFA Analytics. In her role, she develops and executes collaborative, market-oriented strategies between TFA and partner organizations including health care providers, health plans, non-profit organizations, foundations, and others. Through these partnerships, TFA can advance its mission of ensuring effective, high-quality, and affordable care for those living with complex and serious illness and their families. In addition, Lea develops TFA’s marketing strategy and strategic initiatives with clients and external partners. As a bioethicist, Lea ensures that TFA’s work and message infuses the principles and frameworks of health ethics and equity. She was previously Assistant Director of Projects and Research at Catalyst for Payment Reform, a national non-profit working on behalf of health care purchasers to implement strategies that produce higher value health care and improve the functioning of the health care marketplace.
Lea received her MBA in Healthcare Management from Union Graduate College and Master of Science in Bioethics from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She is certified in professional mediation through The Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution at the ILR School at Cornell University.
