Leading a dedicated team, Crosby oversees initiatives aimed at enhancing the delivery of home-based primary care. In her role, Crosby manages relationships with learners, faculty, consulting clients, and other stakeholders, fostering communication and collaboration to drive meaningful change. She brings over 20 years of experience in business, human resources, and consulting, with a proven track record of success across diverse industries. Her expertise in driving business and consulting strategies has been invaluable in her current role, where she leads practice development and engagement activities, including education, consulting services, pilot projects, and the HCCIntelligence™ program.

Before joining HCCI, Crosby led a global Human Capital Management consulting practice, working with Fortune 500 companies to implement strategic initiatives. Crosby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Psychology, as well as a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace. Her academic background, coupled with her professional experience, equips her to effectively lead HCCI’s efforts in advancing home-based care.
